· Consultancy: Review and audit, advice and assistance with implementation, ongoing advice
and assistance, annual audit and review, annual accident analysis
Clients obligations
· To provide information to Central Contracts or delivery partner to enable diary reminders to be
generated, and to complete monthly declarations.
· To act on diary reminders
· To utilise toolkit to help reduce occupational road risks
· To utilise Incident Reporting Line and ensure that all drivers utilise the Incident Reporting Line
in accordance with the directions given by Central Contracts and delivery partners.
· To ensure as far as reasonably possible, that all declarations made by client or employees are
complete and accurate
· To accept liability for, or hold employee personally liable to Central Contracts or delivery partner(s) for
any inaccurate representation of which the employee was aware or should reasonably have been
aware.

Declaration: I/We instruct Central Contracts to provide services as stated above in accordance with the fees quoted for the entire contract period as stated commencing on the date of signature. The contract will on an annual basis thereafter unless terminated by either party in writing giving a minimum 6 months notice. I/We declare that the information supplied is accurate and that we have not withheld or distorted any material facts. I/We agree to fulfil the obligations as stated above. We acknowledge that failure to meet the payments as identified will result in the total remaining outstanding fees being payable immediately. |
